You can share HDB’s acknowledgement of your Intent to Sell with HomeCard on WhatsApp; HomeCard keeps no copy; it notes the date, your flat’s level and stack and your contact details, to market your flat to buyers. On PropertyGuru and 99.co, where HomeCard’s listing salesperson lists it, free to start on Basic; and in the Home Buyer Toolkit, where HomeCard’s verified buyers search and see it marked Verified. You give your consent for HomeCard to advertise your flat when you sign up, so your listing can start. The non-exclusive Estate Agency Agreement (CEA Form 1) follows in your toolkit, and you stay free to sell on your own or through another agent.注册时，您同意 HomeCard 为您的单位刊登广告，刊登即可开始。非独家房地产代理协议（CEA 表格 1）随后在工具包中签署，您仍可自行出售或通过其他中介出售。
